Ordering and Payment
We protect the security of all information transmitted to us with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. All sensitive information (including passwords and credit card details) are encrypted with an SSL certificate, whereby it then becomes unreadable to everyone except for the server we are sending the information to. You can be sure that our website is secure, from the lock icon or green bar present in your web browser.
You cannot make changes to your order once you have checked out. However if you do wish to change or cancel your order please contact us on (08) 9384 2644 or email@example.com within 24 hours and we will attempt to change the order before it has been dispatched
If your order has already been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed. However you may wish to return your purchase to us. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy or contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order receipt to your nominated email address. If you have paid via Paypal or Stripe, you will be advised that your order is being processed. If you have chosen to pay via Direct Bank Transfer, you will be advised that your order is on-hold until we confirm that payment has been received.

We offer secure payment options by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. Alternatively, you can make the payment by direct bank transfer.
A tax invoice will be emailed to your nominated email address. A copy will also be included with your order when it is dispatched.
Pickup and Delivery
Yes you can! Please select Local Pickup as the shipping method.
You will receive an email when your order is completed, and it will then be ready for collection from the Swanbourne Veterinary Centre.
Orders are dispatched from our premises in Swanbourne within two business days providing stock is available. It will take approximately three to seven business days for your purchase to reach you, depending on your location within Australia.

Delivery time is subject to stock availability, and this period may be extended by up to 30 days.
We currently ship only within Australia. If you choose to collect your order from Swanbourne Veterinary Centre, there are no delivery costs.
However, if you choose to have your product shipped, there will be a charge for this. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.

All prices listed on our store are inclusive of GST.
The greatest benefit to you when purchasing products at our clinic is the expert guidance you will receive from one of our team members. You will have the opportunity to discuss all aspects of the products you are purchasing, in order to improve your pet’s health and prevent zoonoses. You will ensure that you are buying the most suitable product for the problem you are trying to address or prevent, that you are using the product correctly, and that you get optimal effect and value from your purchase. The added benefit is that you will receive your products almost immediately (provided the product is not on back-order) without the need to wait for them to be shipped.
However, these days many people find that online purchasing is a convenient and attractive way to buy products. For this reason, we are offering this option of product purchases through our online store, thereby reducing our staff costs to ensure that our prices are competitive throughout the market.
Warranty, Returns and Exchanges
To arrange a refund on your item please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will assist you with returning the item and providing you will a refund. The refund can take up to 5 – 7 business days as the item needs to be returned to our online Returns Centre before it can be assessed.
